Position: Junior HR Generalist (Administrative Focus)
Location: Yerevan, Armenia
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Chief of Staff / Senior HR Generalist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Generalist to support our HR operations with a strong focus on administrative processes. This role is ideal for an HR professional with foundational experience who is eager to grow within a dynamic, international fintech environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR administration, supporting employee lifecycle processes, maintaining documentation, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative operations
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR-related documentation (certificates, reference letters, etc.)
- Support payroll-related data preparation and coordination
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies
- Coordinate internal HR communications and documentation
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Armenian (written and verbal)
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration
- Experience working in an international company
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good knowledge of Armenian labor legislation (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
